o Identifying Common Barriers: Psychological, Linguistic, Cultural, Environmental.
o The Role of Active Listening as the Bedrock of good communication.
PART 2: Mastering Active Listening
• Learning Objective: Move from passive hearing to active understanding.
• Topics:
o The Difference Between Hearing and Listening.
o Characteristics of Poor Listeners (e.g., interrupting, rehearsing a response).
o Techniques for Active Listening:
