What is Green Hydrogen?
Green hydrogen is a clean fuel produced through electrolysis, a process that separates hydrogen atoms from oxygen in water (H₂O) using an electric current generated from renewable energy sources, such as solar or wind power.
What makes it special is that its carbon footprint is completely zero, meaning no greenhouse gases are emitted, unlike other types of hydrogen (such as gray or blue hydrogen, which rely on fossil fuels).
Why is it so important?
